JBL Stage A120 – Bookshelf Speaker

Consider the JBL A120. It’s the smallest speaker in JBL’s new Stage lineup, but it benefits from the company’s long and rich history of making speakers. JBL paid particular attention to the design of the enclosure on these speakers, aiming to craft a non-resonant cabinet with rigid walls and internal bracing so that you hear your music and movies as they were meant to be heard. The 1″ aluminium dome tweeter is mounted in an HDI (High Definition Imaging) waveguide that was designed for the JBL Professional M2 Master Reference Monitor. This flared shape helps smooth the transition from woofer to tweeter for a broad sweet spot and clear high-frequency detail. Each speaker’s striking white 4-1/2″ woofer is made of a stiff-but-lightweight polycellulose material to deliver solid bass for its size. A rear-panel port reinforces bass performance.

JBL Stage A100P

Add enhanced bass to your movies and music with the black JBL STAGE A100P 10″ 300W Subwoofer. This subwoofer features a 10″ polycellulose woofer and delivers up to 150W of RMS power, or up to 300W of peak power. With a frequency response of 35 to 150 Hz, the A100P is equipped to handle a variety of listening material.

There’s no substitute for a powered subwoofer, but it can be hard to find the room for one when space is limited. Measuring only 13-1/4″ wide, the JBL Stage A100P delivers low-end rumble without hogging your living room real estate. It features a potent 150-watt amplifier and a stiff polycellulose cone woofer for deep bass. The cabinet is built to be as rigid and resonance-free as possible, with two tuned rear ports for enhanced low-frequency output.

Equipped with a flexible 6 in/1 out HDMI interface, the AVR-S660H supports a wide range of High Dynamic Range video formats. These include Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. It also supports HDR10+, which enhances picture realism by sending dynamic Meta data to your TV, as well as Dynamic HDR. In short, whatever the format used by the film, game or stream, the Denon supports it.

Works with your voice assistant
The AVR-S660H is compatible with Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa, making it widely compatible with your choice of voice assistant. For Alexa or Google Assistant control, simply download the HEOS app. Pair your Echo device if you’re using Alexa and you’re good to go – adjust the volume, skip to the next track and switch inputs simply by asking Alexa or Google. For control via Siri, simply link the amp via Apple AirPlay 2 and enjoy voice interaction and AirPlay 2 multi-room support.

HEOS built-in – for the finest multi-room audio
HEOS multi-room music systems connect together by dual-band Wi-Fi, making them easy to set up with your existing home network. Up to 32 HEOS units can be set up at one time, ensuring even the largest of homes are covered for multi-room music. With HEOS already built-in, the AVR-S660H is ready to go as a single ‘zone’ without any further adaptors.

Control it all with the HEOS app
Once you’ve set up your HEOS speaker system, you can stream music effortlessly via the dedicated HEOS app. Available for Apple iOS and Android, the app not only lets you stream your stored music but also Internet radio services and popular streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal, Napster and Deezer.

Bluetooth, AirPlay 2, and built-in wi-fi for the complete networking experience
With both Bluetooth and AirPlay 2 connectivity it’s easy to connect all your smartphones, tablets and compatible lap/desktops and stream music wirelessly. The AVR-S660H also comes with wi-fi and Internet radio. Simply connect to your home network via Ethernet or wi-fi and access thousands of Internet radio sites via vTuner as well as subscription services such as Spotify Connect (requires Spotify Premium account). A Bluetooth headphone output is now also standard.

Connect it all – including a turntable
As well as six HDMI inputs, the Denon also has a wide range of other AV connectivity. Older AV sources are catered for with two composite inputs. Optical digital inputs are ideal for connecting older devices, too or upgrading the sound from a compatible CD/Network music player. Two analogue inputs are perfect for hi-fi components, with the dedicated MM phono input perfect for plugging in a turntable.
